2) What the Service Provides
The Service provides an assessment experience designed to help organizations understand AI readiness across key areas (for example: strategy, data, people, process, and technology). You may receive summaries, recommendations, and downloadable planning artifacts based on your inputs.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice. Outputs are informational and should be evaluated by qualified professionals for your specific situation.
3) Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful information to the best of your ability.
- Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive data unless you have the right to do so and understand the risk.
- Use outputs as guidance—not as the sole basis for critical decisions.
4) Content, Ownership, and License
The Service, including its design, questions, scoring logic, and templates, is owned by RB Consulting, Inc. (or its licensors). You may use your results and downloads internally for your business planning.
You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute the assessment questions, scoring model, or templates as a competing product without written permission.
5) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, store, and use information submitted through the assessment.
6) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that outputs will be error-free or that following recommendations will guarantee specific results. AI and business environments change quickly; you are responsible for validating recommendations in your context.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RB Consulting, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
